Work

Snapshots of what we build, and what changed because of it.

The problem, the build, and the result. We walk through specifics on a call.

B2B SaaS

Support assistant inside an existing product

Problem

A support platform needed AI drafting without inventing facts about customer accounts.

What we built

Retrieval over tickets and docs, a citation contract, and evals that gate every release.

Outcome

  • First-response drafting adopted by most agents
  • Answer-quality regressions caught pre-release
  • Per-conversation model cost bounded
Operations

Document intake and extraction pipeline

Problem

Contracts and invoices arrived as PDFs and were re-typed into spreadsheets by hand.

What we built

Queue-backed ingestion, layout-aware extraction, and a review console for anything uncertain.

Outcome

  • Manual entry reduced to exception handling
  • Full audit trail per document and field
  • Throughput scales with volume, not headcount
Marketplace

Multi-tenant web platform from scratch

Problem

A founding team had signed pilots but only a prototype that could not onboard them.

What we built

Tenant isolation, role-based access, Stripe billing, and semantic search across listings.

Outcome

  • Pilots onboarded on a self-serve flow
  • Row-level authorization enforced in the database
  • Handed to in-house engineers with docs and tests
Analytics

Embedded reporting with natural-language queries

Problem

Customers wanted answers from their data without waiting on a bespoke report.

What we built

An event pipeline and a constrained query layer that validates SQL per tenant.

Outcome

  • Self-serve answers on curated metrics
  • Query surface restricted to safe schemas
  • Report requests to the team dropped sharply
