Legal
Last updated September 1, 2026. This policy explains what AI Buildery LLC collects, why, and the choices you have.
AI Buildery LLC, doing business as AI Buildery ("AI Buildery", "we", "us"), is a United States limited liability company providing software design and engineering services. We act as the controller of personal information collected through this website and in the course of our business relationships. For client project data processed on their behalf, we act as a processor under the applicable engagement agreement.
We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16 and do not sell personal information.
Our legal bases, where the GDPR or similar laws apply, are performance of a contract, our legitimate interests in operating and securing our business, consent where required, and compliance with legal obligations.
Some services we build use third-party AI model providers. In client engagements we configure these services to minimize data exposure, prefer providers that do not train on submitted content, and document the data flow for your review. We do not submit your personal information to AI providers for our own marketing purposes.
We share information only with service providers who help us operate, such as hosting, email, analytics, code hosting, payment, and accounting providers, under agreements that restrict their use of it. We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect our rights, or as part of a business transfer. We never sell or rent personal information.
We are based in the United States, and information may be processed there or in other countries where our providers operate. Where required, we rely on appropriate transfer mechanisms such as standard contractual clauses.
We keep enquiry correspondence for up to 24 months, business records for as long as required by law (typically seven years), and client project data according to the engagement agreement, usually deleted or returned within 30 days of a written request after the engagement ends.
We use least-privilege access, encryption in transit, managed secret storage, multifactor authentication on business systems, and reviewed access for client environments. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect information proportionate to its sensitivity.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, to withdraw consent, and to appeal a decision we make about your request. California residents may also request details of information collected and disclosed. We do not discriminate against anyone who exercises these rights.
To exercise any right, use our contact form. We respond within 30 days and may need to verify your identity first.
